InvoiceDrift reduces the data leaving the browser and treats uncertain matches as review items instead of confirmed financial findings.
Browser-first processing
Document reading, strong local matching and price and quantity calculations start in the browser. Optional advanced matching is limited to sanitised descriptions; uploaded files, full document text and financial values are excluded from that request.
Validation before an audit
The service checks supported file types, file signatures, document size, duplicate documents, usable extracted text, document roles and line-item limits before processing. Unsafe or structurally unusable pairs are rejected rather than forced through the comparison.
Conservative results
High-confidence matches can contribute to calculated differences. Unresolved descriptions remain outside financial totals until a person reviews them. Corrections can be stored as private business match memory and are scoped to the authenticated business account.
